Toilet Repair and Vanity Installation
Job completed was okay….although when screwing the handles onto the bathroom cabinet the gloss veneer was damaged and was not mentioned. Trader split a whole tin of paint out of the back of his van onto my drive. Asked me to pay cash for someone to clean up and he would reimburse from his invoice…..but then left the vac full of paint he used to clean up with for me to dispose of. The lid wasn’t screwed on properly and the paint spilled on the drive again. When I asked for a 50% contribution of £50 towards the cost to power wash the drive clean again the seller turned nasty and threatened to come tip more paint on my drive. Avoid at all costs!

Boilerbeat LTDSo first of all I gave this customer a good price for her job to be completed which wasn’t worth doing at all. I just offered to do it cheaper as I have the day free I open my van and a tin of paint from the customers drive which I paid an emergency pressure. Washer cleaner to come out and clean the paint wall on the job. The customer was trying to get me to do more work than what was quoted such as radiator pipes damaged due to the painter, moving radiators off the wall to paint behind them which I didn’t quote for I did them, anyway, out of the kindness of my heart the next morning I wake up to find out the customer has spilt some more paint which was in her pile of rubbish and expected me to pay her £50 while I was on the job. The same customer was trying to knock money off the carpet fitters as well, so I soon realise that I was dealing with a customer that just wants everything for nothing. She didn’t even pay for the materials. I had to get extra as I only put on a price for labour and this was before the paint will spilled, but I thought I would let it go as I know that it was a pain having to get the cleaner to come out. Avoid this customer at all cost
