Ben and his team were friendly and professional from start to finish. I contacted Ben and his team for a quote for a canopy at the front of my house. As promised Ben turned up on the day and time agreed and measured up for the canopy and gave honest advice on what materials to use and gave me options of the colour of upvc and the style of roof tiles offered. He was professional and respectful at all times. Once a quote was given and I was happy I contacted Ben to book it in. Ben didn’t harass me or pressure me into booking he left it in my hands to contact him when I was ready. Ben told us that once work commenced it would take a week and he kept his work. The work was completed in this time scale even though the weather wasn’t great. Ben and his team were so respectful of my property and always kept it clean and tidy and noise was kept to an absolute minimum, I was really impressed by the high standard of work they completed. My canopy looks beautiful lots of people comment on it passing by. I would highly recommend Ben and his team. Hopefully booking them in the future for further work. Thank you so much again for the work you did. Absolutely love it. Great team!

Ben came out to my house in Darlington with just 24 hours notice due to a damaged roof due to the typical British weather always throwing us curve balls, Ben provided his quote within 2 hours and gave me and my partner a full detailed explanation as to what his team could do to fix the problems I had, as the roof was put on in the 60s the wood had started to rot and the felt was rotting away, Ben advised after showing us a closer look of the damage that replacing the tiles felt and wood would be the best option. Initially me and my partner were thinking this going to be a fortune. When ben told us the price we were shocked as we had heard of people being charged an arm and a leg. Ben competed the work the following week with his team and kept the place tidy and couldn't have been any more professional. My family would recommend Ben and his team for all roofing work!
