J.Barnes contacted me. He arrived on time, was polite and explained what he was going to do to install my new vanity basin. He cleaned up after he had finished. Steve was no fuss, highly competent, friendly, helpful and was a good timekeeper. He did a great job. I would recommend him especially as he helped me assess what was actually needed, rather than try to steer me into thinking a much bigger, more expensive, job was required. He did his best to help me find the most economical solution.
