The slab originally was estimated 30m2 and once started it became apparent that it needed to be increased by 5m2 which meant more materials etc. The slab started on time and finished on time and the price was the original even though other builders may have seen this as an opportunity to make extra money, these builders stood buy their estimate and duration and worked to achieve the deadline. I was happy to pay on time and a small bonus to show my appreciations to find a refreshingly honest and fair builder. As a chartered building professional myself, my standards are very high if I have work by others in my own home, the quality of the workmanship, neighbour consideration, delivery management, cleanliness and care needs to be and was 1st class. I therefore would have no hesitation in recommending Kisztofer Bagosi & Sons builders for future works and have already re-booked for some major remedial works to my patio later this year. I would also be happy to show or give verbal confirmation of my delight in the completion of this work.
