Job done on average scale, I found a lack of aesthetic feel for the overall look. Lacking attention to details. Fixing brackets weren’t fitted from underneath. Wrong email details provided and no initiative for sending certificate over.

Theo was very helpful and friendly, he had to come in a second time as the tap was leaking after the first job, so had to be replaced entirely, but he fixed it.
