About

We are an NICEIC Approved and Domestic Contractor established in 2011, primarily for Test/Inspection Works, covering Domestic, Private and Public Sector rental properties, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural along with both Educational and Ecclesiastic premises.
We have subsequently added both Repair Works and New Installations in all sectors to our operational profile.
Once we have completed our inspection we will either make safe or rectify, having confirmed both cost and your approval, any Code 1 (Immediate risk to life) Defects in the unlikely event of there being any.
You will then receive, usually within 24 hours, either a Satisfactory Certificate or an Unsatisfactory Certificate with a Quotation for any remedial works required for Code 2 defects.
Code 3 defects indicate that the item concerned, while not being to current standards presents no immediate risk, as such the presence of C3’s does not prevent a Satisfactory outcome.
All documentation is raised, electronically, in a BS7671:2018 compliant system and will be transmitted by email in .pdf format.
For clients without a credit referenced account we normally require a deposit payment in advance to secure your booking.
Insurances:
We carry both Public and Professional Liability Insurance meaning that we are covered for all installation, testing, installation, and design functions as are required by your needs.

Our aim is to be your friend in the industry and work both, with you and, on your behalf, to make your requirements happen with a minimum of input on your behalf to bring your objectives to a satisfactory conclusion.

Rental Properties:
For ‘No Access’ visits to Booked Appointments we reserve the right to invoice a further cost.
As an EICR requires both Live and Dead Testing along with proving the function of all Isolators/RCDs/Automatic Fault Detection Devices (AFDD’s) it is of paramount importance that you impress upon your tenant that carrying out an EICR means that the power will be off for a period of time during the visit, as such a refusal to have the power turned off or refusal of access to areas (as in “you can’t go upstairs” etc.) will be treated as No Access visits. We are an NICEIC Approved and Domestic Contractor established in 2011, primarily for Test/Inspection Works, covering Domestic, Private and Public Sector rental properties, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural along with both Educational and
