Job was not completed as quoted for, also work seemed to lack appropriate care and caution. Quote made to install a new loft hatch and ladder and make old loft opening invisible (on a Latham plaster ceiling). No warning was given that the Latham ceiling was at high risk of damage. During installation plaster ceiling cracked in multiple places. Although an attempt was made to rectify this, a large crack is still clearly visible. Following this Carl did not want to close the original hatch in fear of causing more damage. When Carl was asked for a reduction in cost due to the fact that a large proportion of the work was not carried out this was refused.

B O K ServicesCustomer didn't really understand what I first explained that a lathe and plaster ceiling can be extremely challenging and may by in danger of cracking once cut into to install a fold down loft ladder and I did advise them that it had risks involved never mind can't please everyone
