Groundwork

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Byron worked on our new bathroom. He came across a few unexpected issues, which he sorted. We are extremely happy with the finished job and would highly recommend him. However, the “after-sales” care is not good. We discovered the radiator didn’t work after re-installation, and there was a design flaw with the bath surround that Byron had suggested and made, which meant we haven’t been able to use the new shower since it was installed. On the 19th July I asked him if he could come back to deal with these two things. Initially I was told, no problem, he was busy for two weeks, but would come over after that. I texted again on the 7th August and was told he would let me know when he had some free time. Nothing. I then texted again on the 25th August and he said he would look at his schedule and make arrangements. It is now the 14th September and I have still not heard anything. We have now had to employ a different plumber, at cost to us, to come and finish the job.
