Leadwork
Excellent service, came out to quote when he said he would and completed the job when he said as well. Sent photos during the day to show what he had found and repaired. Would use again or recommend to others.

Roof Cleaning
An initial price and date was agreed to carry out the work. On the day agreed not all work was finished which was cleaning the soffits. Did not have the cleaning products and we agreed he would return asap to complete. This never happened and I had to initiate further contact for weeks. Also the gutter repair failed, the next rain fall we had the leak was still there. Was given two dates to return which didn't happen and no contact was made to say he wouldn't attend. In the end bought ladders and done the job myself. Avoid.

Roof Cleaning
Mark arrived on the dates he agreed. He advised not power-washing the roof, but to scrape the moss off by hand. He carried out the work to a very good standard and sprayed the roof to prevent any moss coming back. We were content with the price of the work and have already recommended Ayres Roofing to family.
