Gutter Repair & Moss Cleaning
We received a quote for repairing gutters and felt roof. Initially, we were happy with the quote and went ahead with it, however we were not happy with the quality of the work. The gutters were directed into the house's foundations. This meant as soon as it started raining, water went into the house and was creating a damp patch. We had to buy a water butt and urgently contact another company. The roof was not inspected prior to carrying the work. It turns out the work required was more than expected and what was done was pointless as the whole roof needs to be replaced. This could have been prevented with proper inspection. We basically wasted the money as all the work had to be re-done by another company.

AYRES ROOFINGI did say that the roof needed replaced and I did quote you for it and the down pipe went below the damp course so the damp must be coming from somewhere els so don’t try to tell me how to do my job as I’ve been doing this for far too long. You were told that the building wasn’t fit to be up and you also had humidifiers in the building when I got there because of a damp smell so damp was caused before I carried out work!!!
Replace Slipped Roof Tile
Work has been carried out, at a fair and reasonable price. Helpful advice also given, and will definitely use again if required!

Repair Bent Wooden Garden Fence

Ventilation
So where do I begin. AYRES roofing are not who they claim to be. The "tradesman" claims to be Mark Ayres fromAyrer roofing when infacft his real name is Miley Ayres. How do I know this,.he has blocked our numbers and his voicemail (his voice and accent)clearly says "miley ayres". not complete the Job he was trusted and paid to do. The ventilating roof slate vents he apparently fitted. He "fitted" 4 out of the 6 but lied and messaged me to say he had fitted 6. He did fit only 4 , well he butchered it. Cut the back of all 4 vents did not fit them into the roof, be simply moved 4 tiles, slotted the butchered vents into the spare tile slot and left them. So much so that over the weekend water has now made its way into our loft as the job was not done correctly. I am utterly appalled that people like him are allowed to operate and be recommend by a trusted tradesperson site. I do believe Mark ayres s travels around a lot (I have since found honest reviews with people who have had the same experience as me I feel sorry for the next person who pays M Ayrers roofing.

Roof Repair
Polite, prompt and a fair price. Very thorough providing photos to show the issues that were causing the leaks into my loft. I would recommend Mark Ayres to anyone needed their roof repairing.

Roof Repair
The tradesmen made a thorough assessment of the problem and gave a quote for commenting the work. They did the work there and then. Throughout they explained what was required and also showed me photos of the issues. Very happy with the work.
