Hi, I’m Thomas Ward, and my dad Anthony ward. We are professional roofer serving the Manchester ,west yourkshire areas, anything under 2hrs we will travel. With years of experience, we offer a wide range of roofing services, including:
Roofing Services: Repointing, lead flashing, dry ridge caps, tile replacements, felt & battening, and more
Gutter Work: Repair and new installations of gutters, including temporary roof covering
Chimney & Flue Services: Chimney flue checks, flue testing, and fiberglass sealing
Fascias & Soffits: Installation and repairs for fascias and soffits
We also provide before-and-after photos of all work done so our clients are always kept informed about the progress and quality of their project.

Repointing Around House Windows
Thomas was very helpful and polite he carried out the work and offered a guarentee. hopefully it will fix the problem, which I won't know until it rains. I will be happy to update the rating to 5 if I don't have anymore leaks

Conservatory Roof Repair Needed
Anthony and his dad came out of hours as strong winds were threatening to blow the corrugated plastic roofing over part of my kitchen that lets in light. They secured it there and then and then came back again next morning on time as they had planned and finished the job. They also brushed the sheets clean and removed any moss and blockages in the guttering that the sheets drain onto. I’ll know if the job was flush once we have heavy rains and high winds again. However they have verbally guaranteed the job for several years and agreed that should there be any issues they will come back and redo whatever is needed as part of their verbal service guarantee. Hoping I wont need that. Good experience would definitely use again.

Fix leaks in house and outhouse roofs
Thomas came and gave me a breakdown and quote of work required, he took photos and videos of the issues he found whilst he was up looking at my roof for full transparency. he was able to carry out the work straight away, the weather was horrible but he persisted on getting the job done for me. It's hard to find traders you can trust due to the bad rep they can get but you can trust thomas 100% to be honest in his quotes and work. Thanks again Thomas!

Fix Leak in Slate Pitched Roof
Fantastic Job. I had a leak in my ceiling, due to the sealing on the extension around the chimney needing to be sealed, also had mice or squirrels that had gotten into the loft, due to a couple of holes in the roof. These guys came over did a fantastic job, and even cleared the moss from the ceiling tiles and the gutters. Really wasn't expensive either, would definitely recommend. It was even snowing, but didn't seem to affect them doing a great job.

Fix Roof Leak on Three-Storey House
Thomas was excellent. He advised me before he was even given the job, completed the work on a Sunday in the cold and rain. He even carried out repair work that wasn't asked of him or charged for. All in all a top notch service. Great communication with photos of before and after. I would recommend to anyone.
