The work was completed as we had discussed and when within the time he said once he had arrived. However, like many others have noted, timekeeping is not good. Having been told a time between 12-2, then getting a text at 3 to say he would be here by 4, it was closer to 6 by the time he actually got here.

Very good tradesman. Mark fitted 16 spotlights, moved other light fittings, moved plug sockets and installed an external garden light. Work conducted to a high standard and exactly as requested. Mark was also willing to work with us as we asked for other/extra work to be conducted during his time working in our home. Mark was contactable and responded to all our queries promptly. I would strongly recommend Mark to anyone requiring any electrical work in their homes. We have already decided to welcome Mark back for other work in our home in the future.
