Two very polite chaps turned up after phoning an estimated time of arrival. The installation turned out to be a bit trickier than the usual but they refused my offer of extra payment. Good clean workers, would have them again.

Gas Fire
Prompt and Fast response to the Job I created on myjobquote.co.uk. The engineer called after a short while. He was extremely professional and confidently carried out the Job. He also gave advice about the reasons behind the old cooker being unsafe. So I bought a new Gas Hob after he provided the measurements to replace the old gas hob. He accompanied us to Currys and B&Q to assist us in buying the right cooker. But as the Gas hob was not available I ordered it online. The engineer told us to inform him once the Hob had arrived so he can fit it. Once it arrived I made an appointment with him. He also offered to collect the Hob from our home and take it to the property where it was to be fitted (Our Tenants). Once the Job was completed he also sent me pictures of the Job done. Than he came over to give us the Gas Certificate and also the old Gas Hob. He also fitted a Carbon Monoxide alarm in th tenants kitchen. He also gave the tenants advice on care for the Gas Hob. Overall I would definitly score the engineer from ARA GAS AND HEATING 100%. I would recommend him to anyone.
