It was a couple of months ago, the fitter called Andres, he did my wooden flooring and skirting. The flooring which I bought was high quality, along with the underlay. After Andres did my flooring, it was uneven within a couple of weeks of him doing the job. I told him about the uneven flooring which he did incorrectly. Andres promised me he would have a look at it, and he would fix it. Whenever I tried to contact him after that, he never answered my phone. Once, when I tried to ring Andres’ phone from a friend’s phone, he answered the call straightaway, and he told me that he was out of the country. When he was doing the skirting at my house, he cut the radiator pipe. To repair the pipe, Andres took another forty pounds from me to buy the items needed to fix the damaged pipe. However, Andres was not able to fix it, and I had to then call another engineer as a result. For that job, I had to pay the other engineer separately. Andres has ruined my flooring and skirting; he’s not a qualified floor fitter, plumber or joiner. Anything he does, he searches online first how to actually do the job. I will never recommend this tradesperson. I would like the above review to be published please.
