Fix Leaky Cellar

Leak Repair on Two-Storey Flat Roof
This person is unprofessional and unreliable with their time. He started the work but failed to complete it. Unfortunately, I paid him cash in full upfront, and he has not returned to finish the job. He promised to come seven times but never showed up. He told me he would refund the full amount if he didn't come the next day, but he still hasn't appeared. This has caused me trouble with my dad because I trusted him and paid them in full.

Repoint Roof Verges & Dormer
Ridiculous service, breaking own promises many times. We have requested for a dry verges replacement and was told valley patch is also required when AR on-site. Agreed on additional charge for two valley patch repair and all jobs were completed in one day (31May). Found only one valley was repired after they had left. Contacted AR and was promised to complete the remaining job next morning but no one show up. Two verges loosen & started swaying less than a week on 05Jun. Another two verges found loosen on 13Jun. Contacted AR several times and was finally promised will fix all on 21Jun but again, no one show up. Two other verges even fell off to ground on 22Jun. Contacted AR, promised 100% all will be fixed on 24Jun. Again no one show up. Contacted again 27Jun and was told they will attend in the afternoon but once again no one show up. On 04Jul, whole line of verges on dormer fell off & dropped into garden next door. Luckily, the kids next door were not in garden at the time. Told AR about the urgency due to risk on kids injure. AR came on 05Jul but left without any fix, claiming the ladder he brought was too short (they should know the height of my roof since they have done the job just a months ago). Kept contacting AR. Promised to come on 09Jul but no one show up. Promised again to come on 15Jul but no one show up. Kept contacting AR, promised to come every time but had never show up again. 10 verges in total now fell off the roof. Some verges are swaying above driveway hence cars are now parked outside instead. Keep contacting AR but with tones of excuses coming back. Asked for a refund on 19Aug but then was totally being ignored. I had even took annual leaves hence to stay home expecting their attendance but they had only showed up once (05Jul).

Efficient- Adam contacted me really quickly after I posted. Came out and completed the work within days. Well priced, approachable manner and I was kept fully informed of the work that needed doing. Would use this company again.
