Repair Roof Leak and Check for Damage
Kenny and his team were absolutely fantastic! The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Communication was great throughout and I was kept updated of progress. External House Wall Rendering
They came and gave us the rendering we wanted and also helped up with a new dry verge looking fantastic! Kenny was nice and easy to talk to and made sure everything was up to the standards we wanted and when they were done they cleaned everything perfectly! Thank you again

Repair Leak in Pitched Roof
Kenny was great to work with. Kept us informed of how the work was going throughout. The work on the roof was done quickly and they were really good at working around our awkward space! Kenny and team also took care of any extra issues that came up while sticking to the original price quoted to us which was excellent. Happy to recommend, thank you very much for the new roof!

Chimney and Roof Leak Repair
I had the problem of a leaky roof arround the chimney area and Kenny and his team have fixed this in a thorough going and friendly professional manner . They offered a good value quote and delivered in a reliable way. Very happy with the overall result. Recomended.

Leak repair above kitchen window
New Roof! What an incredible workforce! Intense, focussed, co-ordinated activity from the start. No messing about, everyone knew their job and did it well. Prompt, fast working, professional, very tidy (during and after the job), polite, respectful and so helpful. In the space of a day and a half - bish, bosh, done! And to a very high standard. My neighbours couldn't believe it. My friends couldn't believe it. If they need work doing, I'm sure they'll call Kenny. I'm very happy - totally recommend these guys. Thank you!

Remove conservatory flat roof and replace with hard material
I recently had my old polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with a new Epdm roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The new roof has transformed my conservatory into a cosy and comfortable living space that I can enjoy all year round. The installation process was quick and hassle-free, thanks to the professional and friendly team headed up by Kenny - Apex Builders . They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The new roof has made a huge difference to the temperature and noise levels in my conservatory. It is currently keeping the room warm in winter and I’m confident it will be cool in summer. It also looks much more attractive and blends in well with the rest of my house. I would highly recommend Apex Builders to anyone looking for a conservatory roof replacement.
