Wall Tiling
Very hard-working lads, kind and supportive. Sorted out problems caused by the walls being so old and very unlevel. Ended up with a lovely bathroom.

Internal Painting & Decorating
I was quoted for 2 days work for 2 to 3 people for this job. It was agreed to start on a Monday but this was changed to Thursday due to broken shoulder. I phoned on the Wednesday to check the painter was ok to work and he said that all would be good and I would not be idisappointed with the job. The painters arrived 5 minutes before the agreed time on the Thursday and after an hour went to get some breakfast. They returned about 30 minutes later. They started by doing the white walls and the agreement was that the hall downstairs would be painted grey. I returned later that afternoon and was told by neighbours that they had left before 1.30. Some walls and ceilings had been given one coat in white. The next day they told me that they had arrived for work by 7 a.m. and at about 2.30 pm they phoned to say they would be finished by 3.00 pm. When I arrived at 3 pm the job was not finished. Woodwork had runs and numerous bits in it. The grey walls had not been finished and had not covered. This was a very small area. They promised that all would be well when they left. When I returned the next day these matters had not been rectified and others who looked at job felt that the walls had been permitted to dry between coats. If 2 full days work have been carried out, the job would not have been rushed and these errors could have been avoided.

Wall Tiling
Really pleased with the tiling especially as the tiles I chose were bumpy and difficult to cut. I would definitely use these tilers again.
