No stars Job: to raise or lower 2 curtain rails to match. I drew curtains, a loose plastic ring from the centre fixing stopped them being closed. One finial came off breaking a pot and curtain fell off the rail. The rings and hooks were not put back properly and another curtain was hanging off the rail 2 different sets of tie back holders were purchased. Over 2 journeys Job: replace old under cupboard lights. Fitted new with plugs to fit into sockets with excess cable trailing across tiles and the old cable still attached behind tiles hanging down. Another light unit cannot be fitted as there is no socket to use. £150 paid. This should be returned. I have to pay for all this to be rectified. Mr Hutchinson has not been in touch with me to finish these jobs. He does not reply to my emails or phone calls. Disreputable conduct.
