Fix Leak Under Sink, Provide Proof
Adam,received the information that I had been advised by Thames Water about an under floor leak on property . He thought the best course of action was to divert the water supply. He said that I needed to call Thames Water to come and reconnect and he will be present to prevent them from charging a reconnection fee. I contacted Thames Water and set a date. Adam informed me he would not be unable to attend that meeting but would contact me. I have tired his phone number, WhatsApp and email and have no response in three weeks. I currently have water still leaking under my kitchen floor and have been told by Thames Water that his work is not up to standard to be certified. I paid him £705 for this service and still have not had the job completed. I have explained that I will be leaving a negative review and a complaint and have given him plenty of opportunity to contact me.

Outstanding work from AM Group. Adem was punctual, and supported me with other issues at the property alongside the main plumbing job. I found him very reliable and trustworthy, I will be using him for future.
