Very professional and friendly. Came for a visit to first look at and assess the job properly. Really understood what I needed completing and had it done promptly. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for work completing and I will look to use Allen Electrical again. Very reasonable quote and flexible on timings as they are local!

Carl's approach was honest and straightforward. He took the time to diagnose problems and explain clearly what had to be done and how. He was polite and courteous at all times and he worked extremely neatly. I would highly recommend him.
