Groundwork
late start due to cement mixer pick-up, but they came good later even waiting for me to pick up a little more ballast to finish the job.

Phil very kindly visited me the next day to discuss requirements, and came up with some great suggestions. Decided upon a garage conversion instead of concrete base!
