Repoint/Repair Chimney on 3-Storey House
Daniel inspected the job, and two days later his co-workers repaired my chimney stacks. They provided a video and photos of the work done. The work was done to a high standard, and Daniel answered all queries immediately. Highly recommended.

Roof Repair
Came to fix the leak in my roof tile. Came on a day that was raining heavy but still stayed it will be okay and fixed. The leak wasn’t fixed and leaked the next time it rained. Then stated they would come to look at it and let me down and then hadn’t got back to me for weeks. Paid £200 and offered him to give me £150 back and still messages ignored. I have full proof with all messages. I’m having to get someone else to do the job now and the guy who is coming has said it’s not been done correctly.

Able to start the work quickly post quotation, provided a quote breakdown to help with understanding cost build-up. Open about the pricing situation. Punctual. Worked efficiently with appropriate care. Friendly, talked through what they were doing. Overcame issues as they arose with a minimum of fuss. Work completed to schedule and cost. Explained as they went.
