Review Seemed nice guys and were polite and friendly, however there were a lot of problems with the work. They were here to fit a new shower tray, which involves removing and refitting tiles around the shower cubicle, as well as dismantling and reassembling the shower cubicle. The shower cubicle leaked after the tray was fitted and they did come back twice to fix it. The first time unsuccessfully, the second time after we had had no water for a weekend, Adam came back and was defensive and appeared annoyed, saying “what do you expect me to do about it” After identifying that the problem was to do with incorrect fitting of pipes underneath the tray, Adam was apologetic and had to cut through the kitchen ceiling to fix the problem and also got a plasterer in to replaster the ceiling. What he didn’t do was sort out repainting the ceiling (despite saying that he would get it looking exactly as before) and we had to do this at our own expense and effort. Other problems were damage caused to tiles on the other side of the bathroom: at one stage there was a loud crash which we didn’t investigate at the time, however it turned out a hole had been punched through the tiles on the opposite side of the bathroom. We didn’t spot this at first because Adam had attempted to hide this by placing toilet rolls in front of it. When we pointed this out, Adam denied all knowledge of it. We had to buy a larger bathroom sink unit to cover the damage, which Adam did fit for us for free. One of the most annoying things was that when Adam regrouted the tiles around the cubical, he used white grout instead of grey grout which was what was used for the rest of the bathroom. We didn’t notice this at first, but it really is an eyesore, and a result of Adam not being bothered to use the correct grout.

It was very good Adam came on time and looked at the job and what he needed went away and was back in 10 minutes putting the pipework together I would recommend Adam for any job He Great service and don't have to find out he wants more mon3eey than the quote
