The most rotten job i have ever seen from beginning to end, this guy shouldn't be in the bathroom trade or any other trade for that matter. He did a complete bathroom refurb and made such a mess of it, not one straight edge holes everywhere. no sealant everything is leaking now and HES NOT RESPONDING. Do not use this guy, I hope someone reads this and is saved from the huge aggravation and financial loss we have had.

Adam was very polite he changed the taps and installed the shower I was very happy with his work. He was efficient and quick. He did a good job.

Messy! Unprofessional! Dont let him near your bathroom! He sent a message quoting £260 to re grout my bathroom, assuming it will only take him a day he added an extra £40 for dark grout as its messier and hard to clean.. fair enough £300, 10-4 he came and grinded out 1/3 off the bathroom not happy that he had to come a second day to finish the job. Adding another £50 to the price for taking the radiator off (that we did not want taking off) causing us now to have another plumber out because he was unsure how to fill the boiler. Im in shock that he would leave a customers bathroom the was he has, patchy and incomplete. My bathrooms a mess! I hope people read these reviews and dont let this man anywhere near there bathroom costs alot more in the long run. He is clearly in the wrong profession “plumber and bathroom specialist” it was a rush job he has no skill , patience or care for the job!

Adam was reluctant to do this job at the start but due to the urgency of my mum being terminally ill and needing a downstairs toilet he did the job. He put off work to do the installation asap! All in all it took Adam 3 days. He is tidy and a lovely guy! Adam was paid in full! The day after the job was completed my upstairs toilet blocked. Adam come out very quickly and had a look and said it’s a drain issue he messed with the inside of the toilet and the pipes connected and isolated the toilet. We paid Adam £80 that night for his time! My mum is in an upstairs bedroom and had no toilet use that night! I phoned a drain company the following morning who again came out and said the blockage was in the soil pipe where Adam had connected the downstairs toilet pipe. The drain guys put a camera down and I sent Adam the picture and explained it was his fault! £250 to the drain guys we paid! The drain was unblocked but we were told by the drain guys not to put tissue down the toilet as it would block again. Then due to Adam messing with the upstairs toilet previously the cystern would not fill up so we again isolated the toilet and had to sleuce the toilet with a pan of water after every use! Adam then come out again 2 days later to amend the blockage in soil pipe and look at the upstairs toilet. He couldn’t get the part for my upstairs toilet and he left it as it was stating that when he gets the part he will be in touch which was 10 days ago!!!!! I have had the toilet fixed by another plumber who got the part immediately and fixed it another £100 paid out! My mum (as stated) is terminally ill and weak. So for 10 days she would have tried in agony to sleuce the toilet after every use. Thank god for the other plumber!! Adam still has not been in touch!!!!

Quick to come out, good professional/ communication. Helped fix to issue and have asked him to come out for further jobs to the property.

Adam came view the job promptly and presented his competitive quote by return. He came to do the job soon afterward as promised The work was already agreed and Adam had a comprehensive understanding of what was required He came on time and consulted me at each stage of the job it was obvious he would pay attention to detail and kept disruption to a minimum taking care with everything -being particularly clean and tidy . The work was completed on time and to our comp1ete satisfaction 1f you seek a reliable and conscientious tradesman HERE IS YOUR MAN !

Not impressed - the job was not completed to my satisfaction as there are a number of issues outstanding: - Parts missing off the old shower which I asked him to replace but not responded to this. - Base of Sink not been sealed so it is loose,. - There are gaps between the Shower base and the floor and the wall tile and the floor. I texted regarding the first point but no response.

Adam and his team were punctual,polite and kept us updated at every stage of the job, they cleared up each day and made sure we were consulted throughout. A totally professional job, worked to a very high standard. I would happily recommend him in every way.

Fair price quoted and work started off as promised, then completed by another person which overan the completion date by a few days. Adam did stay start at 5pm and finish at 10pm on the last day , so feel the job was rushed in the end. I requested my radiator was put in a particular place on the wall, which it was, but a hole was clearly showing where the pipework was. It would have been nice to be ask ( as I was in at the time) if it was OK to be shifted over a bit to hide the hole. Now I have to ask someone else to come out and move it over.

good job completed in a day.a little tricky.but very pleased at the end of the day .fair price and probably use in the future if i need more work doing
