Good team of roofers, quoted me a reasonable price did the job well, we’re very respectful towards me over the phone and to my mother who had met them face to face, they come next day to fix my roof, and I was glad they came quick before it started to rain and cause more damage, they know me as imi , they provided a respectful and professional service, Will definately be calling these guys again if i ever have a roof problem, if anyone needs them call these professionals they are reliable and quick.

Porch Roof Repair and Inspection
Untrustworthy & Unreliable - Very poor workmanship - did not finish my work, flashing was not done properly or professionally, water is still leaking from the gutters, several eve guards came out the very next day, never attended the to finish the job even though all the money was taken - no 5-year guarantee was provided as had promised.

Chimney Leak and Flashing Repair
Lance and his sons gave a reasonable quote very quickly after I explained that I had poor quality work done just over 2 years ago and the chimney was leaking again. Lance gave his advice and booked my job in a few days later. I am happy with everything so far and hope their work has resolved the leak. The pointing looks very neat, as it should look and all moss has now gone/internal wall is drying out.

Roof Leak Fixing
I posted the query on Wednesday, Lance from Able Construction phoned me the same day and called out to see the job the next morning, and today (Friday) the work was completed. Lance was very amenable and gave great advice re the source of the leaking roof and how to solve the problem. The quote was competitive and the speed of getting the job done was a massive bonus considering the weather we're having! Lance was easy to contact on the phone and kept me updated of progress at all times. Cheers from a happy customer.
