Top Notch Engineer My mother is 80 and Ashley kept to his agreed arrival time and has excellent communication skills he kept me informed of his eta so I could have someone there to meet him as my mum is nervous of strangers He completed the job and even put in a gas valve that was needed without charge. I would highly recommend him to everyone its nice to have an engineer that is not trying to rip you off for once.

Ashley communicated well and arrived early. He was very confident during the job and explained what he was doing clearly, alerting me to changes required. He was also very helpful the following day when I had some questions, answering them clearly and helpfully. I highly recommend him.
