Lloyd was amazing! He was professional and detail oriented to ensure the wallpapers were correctly placed and aligned. His remarkable eye for detail and cheerful attitude are rare and it was such a joy to see every room come to life through A1 Decorate It.

Paint Bedroom and Hallway Walls
Dealt with Lloyd from A1decorateit. Very rude individual who tried to contact me over the phone and when i explained i am a bit busy to take calls now and would require a quote over text like other vendors have done for me. He sends a rudely worded message back and stated this is waste of his time . Dont bother with this company.

A1 DECORATE IT.We contacted you on a number of occasions to arrange to come and see the work that you would like a quote on. Every time you said that you were busy and you wanted us to provide a quote over the phone or text. As a company, this is not what we do. We like to assess the job in person so we are able to provide an accurate quote so the customer knows exactly what work is involved. As a business using My Job Quote we use credits which we purchase to buy the jobs, we have a timeframe of 24 hours to contact the customer. If the customer does not respond we can contact My Job Quote to request a refund. As we had spoken to the client and he agree that he wanted a quote but would not arrange a day for us to quote, this becomes very frustrating. We are running a business and pride ourselves on our customer service. If you are not in a position to obtain a quote then please do not request a quote and waste peoples time.
