Stephen and his team of 2020 Vision CCTV & Security took on the installation of my CCCTV cameras and promised to issue me with a three year warranty/guarantee in line with our contract which was to supply, install and support my HikVision security cameras, however, since installing them, I have repeatedly asked for the the warranty certificate that he promised, but though I have paid in full, I am yet to hear from him! In fact, Stephen has refused to pick my calls or respond to my text messages and emails! It has been quite frustrating and I am currently seeking legal advise on the matter, however still hoping that this issue is an oversight on his part, and continue to hope that he will send me the information and certificate of installation/warranty so that I can register and extend the warranty. Further more, I contacted Stephen to let him know that I have a concern with the installation but he has not responded to my enquiry - again having received payment in full for the work. I look forward to hearing from him in earnest.
