Very genuine chap who kept me informed at all times. i.e he had to cancel one visit due to a hospital appointment but quickly re arranged a visit. He didn't do the work himself but dropped off a young lad which I wasn't too sure about, but I needn't have worried as he was a very good painter and was very pleasant and polite. I will be using Joe for other jobs that we have.
