From the moment Edward arrived he was pushing for more work and an increased budget, even though I had sent him a list of exactly what I wanted. I agreed to a small amount of extra work and money. The guy who did the work was lovely. The bed that was to be weeded had the weeds cut down but not removed, weed killer was applied. The lawn was cut but left with the grass very uneven in length. Weeding of the patio was well done.

The gentleman who did the work Andrew was very kind worked very hard and was very nolagable for the trade and job in hand it took him 3days to complete the job. They did not stay very long for the first 2 days of the job Overall I am happy with the job that has been done

The new fence looks very good and the power washing was very efficient. There was no paperwork - invoices or receipts until the invoice at the end. I was constantly being asked for more money.
