Billy kept me updated on short delay reaching me. Friendly & very keen to press ahead with small job connecting dishwasher needing small alteration to connector. I had explained that I needed proper receipt for insurance claim if he did job but was only able to give me a handwritten note on my plain paper & no business card. May have difficulty claiming it back but did the job & hopefully no problems.

Billy was very helpful and did what he could. Problem is with street gully. Both drains are blocked. Billy tried to unblock with 8 meter long rod plunger but couldn't unblock the drains.
