I’m really pleased with the work Pete carried out fitting my new cooker, he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing, he was tidy, friendly and polite and was also reliable and turned up when he said he would and communicated well before carrying the job out. I couldn’t fault anything.

Repair and Service Gas Fire
Pete came around and looked at the problem free of charge. We were able to discuss options and I made a decision to simply have the defective unit removed. The quote for doing this was very reasonable and the engineer completed the work as promised, keeping me up to date with progress at all stages. I am very pleased with the results and will be using the company again for any of those sort of jobs (including plumbing - it's great to find a plumber I know I can trust).

Dual fuel oven fitting
Did the job quickly and was professional but he did add an extra £50 on top of the quote when he arrived. He said this was to cover the price of the pipes to fit the oven as they were more expensive than he originally thought. Also mentioned that I lived further away than he thought even though I had given my post code over the phone. Can’t fault the job done or Pete himself but I would have liked to have been told about extra costs before he turned up to complete the job.
