Should we get a refund for removal truck breakdown?

Our removal truck broke down on the way to our new home and we were a day late getting our belongings. We've asked for a partial refund but the company says no. Are we being unreasonable to want some money back?

What should I do about wooden floorboard scuffs?

My floorboards have become scuffed over time, with some areas becoming quite noticeably worn. If possible, I would like to hide or get rid of them, one way or another. Is it possible that sanding the areas very lightly could work? Or are there any special treatments that could remove/hide the scuffs as effectively? Any professionals’ opinions or personal past experiences would be great to hear from!

    Frost protection for flowers

What steps could I take to protect flowers should there be frost in late spring? I can think of the more extreme examples too like the beast in the east. If something like this happened again what could I be doing to prepare flowers for such a scenario? And again just for late spring frost in general? I have plenty of plants in my garden which blossom during the spring and I’m concerned that they’ll endure damage or even die should frost him them unexpectedly.

    Low water pressure on boiler

How prone are heat only boilers to low water pressure issues particularly with showers and flow issues? Is this a common problem with this type of boiler? If so, how can I avoid this issue? I’d like a heat only boiler but I’m concerned about water pressure and flow problems.
