We've just moved house and the seal around the bath is knackered, causing the water from the shower to leak into the kitchen below. I removed the sealant strip to find the grout below was cracked/mouldy/crumbling so have begun removing it. However it looks like the grout below the shower end of the bath has been replaced before as there's another layer of sealant underneath it. My question is - what's the correct way to fix this once I've got everything out and given it a clean? Grout, then sealant? Just sealant? Or sealant, grout, sealant? Any tips on ensuring it's squeaky clean before I start applying this would be ace too. Thanks in advance
