"This woul depend onwheter it were asingle glazed or double glazed window, if it is single glazed you could get a new pane of glass cut with the appropriate sized hole prepared for it. very tricy to cu in situ. If its double glazed as they aew gas filled you would need a new pane fitted and again gas filled. Is ther not one there? if not would need wiring and also look to see if there is earth leakage. If it were local to here i would need to survey it to see it, but i think you have to be looking at £250 upwards subject to survey"

"The cost to install a bathroom extractor fan on a window in Hounslow or Feltham would depend on several factors, including:

1. Type of Extractor Fan: Prices range from £20-£150 for the fan itself, depending on the brand, features (e.g., humidity sensor, timer), and power.

2. Window Adaptation: Installing on a window typically requires a window kit and possibly modifying the glass (cutting or replacing). The glass modification can cost £100-£200, depending on the size and material.

3. Installation Charges: Electricians or handymen in your area may charge £100-£300 for labor, depending on the complexity and whether electrical wiring needs upgrading.

Estimated Total Cost:

Basic Installation: £200-£350 (standard fan, minimal glass cutting).

Higher-End Installation: £400-£600 (premium fan, significant glass work).

To get a precise quote, contact local electricians or handymen in Hounslow/Feltham, ensuring they have experience with window-mounted extractor fans. Also, check if any certifications are required for electrical work in your bathroom."
