Will bathroom installers clear up after themselves?

When having a bathroom fitted, will the installers clean up everything after they’re done?

"For the most part yes!

However Any waste from the installation should be discussed prior to the work,!

At the end of the project, any waste technically belongs to you, and if not discussed, you should expect to need to dispose of it, should that not already have been agreed as part of your job!

Additionally, some darker colour grouts often require extra cleaning as grout residue often only shows after being cleaned and dried initially, therefore we always advise that you may require some additional polishing after tiling.

So yes, waste clearance should be confirmed prior to work.

For clarity, we always include a clearance cost on our quotes, where clearance will be required!"

"Any decent tradesperson will factor in time to clean up in his quote. Anyone who doesn't state removal of rubbish on the actual quote is probably not the one for you."

"Yes they should. All tradespeople should clean up or at least let you know of a waste disposal charge."

"Yes, any trade working in a house or commercial property should make sure the property is clean after the work has been done. Or after each visit"
