"Solid wood is the most durable in terms of ware and tare and also in terms of water with good solid wood flooring it will have a protective seal which helps to stop the water getting into the joints which prevents it from buckling and damaging. Solid wood last for years you can sand it down and varnish it wax it or anything you wish to do to it. It is more expensive than the mdf laminate but the solid one is for life. Hope this helps. We also lay floors if interested."

"The best laminated floor and there is is quick step it's not the cheapest on the market lasts the best out of all of them. If you drop things on it it doesn't indent marks if you scratch it you can repair it my opinion it's the best laminate there is"
