Which is best gas or electric cooker?
For people who do a lot of cooking and baking which is best out of a gas or electric cooker? and is gas more difficult to install if you had electric previously?

"As a retired chef I would say that Gas is best for your Hob and Electric is best for your Oven.
Gas is no more problem to install providing you have a gas supply into your property.But it must be installed by a properly registered gas fitter so if you go down the gas route check their credentials ok."

"Hi, electric fan oven is far the better, both gas & electric are both simple to install, tend to get more room in a electric oven as well.
