Whats the best stuff to get dried cement off slate tiles?

I'm looking for the strongest stuff....stuff like wd-40 or vinengar isnt going to hack it. Do I need to go to a specialist to get pro strength hydro acid?

Brick acid or driveway and masonry cleaner concentrate. Leave it for few minutes and wash out. You can get the stuff in screwfix.

To remove the dried cement from tiles you need to buy a product called Brick Cleaning Acid, apply it by pouring it onto the area what is stained and leave it for 15-20 minutes then use a stiff bristle brush and scrub the stained areas. Repeat the process if it hasn't removed the cement the first time but I'm sure it will work on the first process.
