What is the minimum and maximum water pressure I should expect from a provider? Are there specific rules set out by law for this?

Hi, just call the water supplier where you live and they will tell you what the water pressure is in your area. That aside buy a water gauge from a local plumbers merchant, attach to your outside tap and it will give your pressure for your house. Cheers

The average water pressure coming into the domestic house from the main outside is usually 1 bar wen it gets to the main in our property which is 10 metres.
This would allow the water to shoot up to about 10 metres in height .
