"You should inform the contractor of your situation.
Possibly have an independent inspection."

"Get the contractor who fitted the roof back to rectify the problem. Free of charge"

"First, contact the company who installed the new roof. Any reputable company should have given you a lengthy written guarantee for a new roof, and should be happy to sort any issues out for you."

"Hello there well I would phone the roofer up that did it because you should still have a guarantee on it"

"Hi,
Send an email and text message so that there is written evidence of your
problem. If there is no response then contact them directly by phone.
Be polite and hopefully they will respond promptly and remedy the problem.
Kind Regards

"If you can’t get hold of the company you can always get another roofer to look at it maybe it’s just small and the roofer should not charge to see obviously you can’t get them to come back to get a roofer just to look hope you get this matter resolved"

My advice would be to contact the contractor who carried out the work if it’s just been done"

"Get the original roofers back who done the job, or look for another roofer to come and investigate, bare in mind that their would be a charge"

"The first step is to if possible contact the installer to come and have a look at the problem. Always back up with emails.
If no joy then you need a 3rd party to look and get a report from them.
No one wins in legal action so avoid this route if possible.
