Between Composite doors and UPVC doors which is better? What is the difference between both types of door?

It's a similar product because of plastic but different use  Co. Composite difrently compressed. So what is that mean we can have composite Decking which is heavy duty compressed. If we talking about upvc it's les heavy duty but better compressed as the doors and windows.

UPVC doors are made purely with plastic, whereas composite doors are made from a number of different materials which are compressed and glued together in high pressure conditions ie upvc on the outside wood on the inside.
