What is the best Scaffolding to use on a small detached house.

I live in a detached house, in Cornwall, in a rural area. The Solar panels need to be inspected, by an electritain. I have been informed that I will need to hire scaffolding. The solar panels are on the lower roof side so they are only about 8ft up, on the low roof side. What is the best scaffolding to ask for in a situation like this? My house has easy access, and I will only need it for a day. It will ony be for 1 or 2 men, and it is not high up. What is a fare price, and will a scaffolding company even deal with me since it is such a small job? Please can anyone give me some advice on the subject?

"Hey love I am a roofer, if the sparky you are dealing with is asking you for a scaffold for that he shouldn’t be in the trade he should have a cat ladder which runs up your roof and over the ridge tiles at the top scaffolding is a waste of time and money in my opinion"

"The best thing to do is get a scaffolding company to come around and put you one up. Take some pictures of the area and what access is like and how long you would like the scaffolding to be ring them up and send them some images over and your address and they’ll give you a price by the time you put a Scaffold tack tower up of a higher company and all the messing about and the days that you’ll have to do it yourself or pay some to do it. It’s just cheaper and easier to have a Scaffold company come around put it up for you. Tell them that you would like it down within a week they won’t come and put it up and take it down the same day on that way you can have it up cost you a couple hundred pounds and you don’t have any issues of doing it yourself taking time off work and it’ll be cheaper in the long run. They’ll do everything and it’ll be safe and all you have to do is just hand the money over , I’m a roof I do this all the time by the time you put all these things up yourself too much time hassle it dropped off cheaper just to have some come around Put it up for the sake of 200to 300 pound And wants to know where it’s at they put it up for you. You don’t even have to worry about it. I’ll come and take it down within a reasonable timeframe. Just let them know ahead of time that you’d like it down within a few days. No company will do it the same day. It’ll cost too much such a small job. They only do when they come past."

"Phone a local scaffolder ask him to come have a look and explain to him what’s in this post and he will give you a price I think £300 - £400 is what I would pay. It has to be scaffolded these days. the days of throwing a roof ladder up and doing the work have gone I’m afraid ,unless your a roofer"

"i would rather let the inspectors sort out he scaffolding, or if you contact a scaffolding company direct they will still be happy to help, most have a minimum hire duration on for example 4 weeks so even if you only want it a day. i would say your looking around £800"
