"Oil is covered by oftec not gas safe.
Unlike with gas safe you can service an oil boiler if your not oftec but it’s recommended to be oftec.
They should check all safety devices, performance of the boiler with a flue gas analysis.
They should clean the boiler and repalce any seals."
