Costs for extensions vary across counties. What did you pay for stuff like single storey, garage, conservatory, etc?

I think it's not possible for exact costings.
Around £2000 per sqm for single floor extension.
Plus extra items like wall removals etc.

A single storey extension i charge from 900 t0 1500 per each square metre of new build depending on what is supplied by me or the costumer

Every local council is different, it's best to contact the planning permission to see if you need it or not.
An extension would put more money on your house than a conservatory.

My company normally charge between 1100 - 1200 a square meter. Addition cost should be remembered such as architect and structural engineer costs.

Average cost for rear extension approx 4m X 5 with bifold door and slop or flat roof with 2 skylights and internal full wall opening to create  open plan kitchen and dining/sitting room is 45 - 55 k
