What brand do kitchen fitters rate?

Question

What's the consensus amoung kitchen fitters on the quality of the following brands of kitchens:

1 Wren
2 Wickes
3 magnet
4 Howdens
5 DIY Kitchen 

Looking for steer between value for money and quality.

    Out of those 5 I would go Howdens and then I also use Travis Perkins benchmark kitchens.

For quality and value for money you can’t beat a bespoke manufacturer. I may be biased as that’s what we do but you maybe surprised how similarly priced we are compared to your suggested alternatives.

How dens are the most commonly used by the trade and are national. Excellent product and a very good price

The quality of howdens,  wren and wickes are very similar but the customer service levels are miles apart.  
With a good relationship at a local branch then howdens,  I believe,  had the edge with stock levels and service.

Howdens are at the top of this, they've a good selection of ranges, from very cheap to painted hardwood options, stores nationwide and fast replacement times also make then my preferred choice from this selection.

There's a saying among fitters in my area, "Wren Wren never again" - I priced one fit up, included was a custom corner unit that the customer paid almost £1k for, they just sent a load of uncut panels for "fitter to build on site"
Also seems they use a type of MDF which generates more dust than most.

The best kitchen to fit as a fitter is definitely Nobilia, which trade mainly though the Kutchenhaus franchise in the UK, it all goes together so well and is machined to a much higher quality than most UK kitchens.

Basically it is all depends on the quality you are looking for. We will start with Magnet, wren , Howdens , weeks

I'm fitter and honestly for me all the same but think 4 and 5 is ok, really depends of designer etc

I fit a lot of Magnet and very good however I’ve fitted the other brands and all very good except for Howdens , not great

I’d say Wren if you’re on a budget and Howdens if you want to spend a bit more but get better quality. Saying that though, Wrens customer service has been pretty good recently. I replaced 8 large cupboard doors for a customer last week which Wren replaced FOC.
