"I think you'll need to reset the pc board which carries all the washing machines memory. This can be reset with the help of the washing machine manual that came with it. If you're still struggling get a plumber in or give the manufacturer a call. Hope that helps."

"Check that the water source is connected ( and turned on) and that the door mechanism is tightly shut. Try turning the drum from the inside to see if there are any obstructions. After that look for the guarantee that you should have got when you purchased it. This might help."
