Wanting to paint over Pva

Just stripped wallpaper off my walls and the plaster underneath has had pva put on it them wallpapered.What do I need to do to paint over this.will zinster seal it

"Add some pva to your mist coat, always helps keeping the plaster sealed and less dust when sanding, spot prime any where you have filled or rubbed the mist coat completely away, paint will absorb much more evenly and give better coverage and finish"

"if the walls need a fill then you can paint over the filler.
If not you can paint over with emulsion .

"Hello there.

I would apply zinzer to the whole area in question it may need 2 coats. Then give a light rub down and apply 2 coats of your preferred emulsion that should do the trick."

"Apply 2 coats zinsser primer ,let dry properly the Apply 2-3 coats of vinyl matt or vinyl silk etc what ever finish you want on your wall.That should do the job
