"A vertical lift gate is a gate that opens up wards rather than outwards. Pros, wide opening not needed to open and shut gate so more suited to limited space. Cons, limited height restriction, limited style/design."

"Vertical gate is a very meticulous job not only for the people how's going to make it .
It will be a very hard thing to maintain it work because all the oil pipes and the dust in time can make troubles.
Is not a impossible job but it will involve a lot of money to fabricated and to maintain. This is my personal opinion. They are many different ways to save space . Sometimes what clients want it will be done.
