"Hello. I think there is an electrical short. This means that the base wire connects to the ground wire. If you do not understand what to do, a qualified electrician should. I assume that after switching on the floor heating, the electric stops immediately. If so, you need to call an electrician."

"Is it a wet system or electric system if it’s a wet system could be an actuator pump or yes the control panel but needs diagnosing by a qualified technician"

"In this case If the RCD trips when you switch the Underfloor heating on, you probably have an issue with that device and you should contact an electrician. If the MCB in your distribution board trips when the electric underfloor heating is switched on, you may have an overcurrent or overloading issue so it need to be change if necessary."

"It is possible it is the control panel, but the fault could be any other device causing the fault associated with the wiring"
